This collection is brilliant. Breaking the recipes into categories makes it way easier to find what sounds good vs scrolling thru everything. The Nordic salmon soup sounds particualrly interesting, dunno if I've ever had Finnish-style soup before but root veggies + salmon in light broth seems like a totally different direction from the usual heavy chowders.
Two friends and I just got our feet wet with pressure canning by doing some ground beef. Your soup recipes might be the next place we go to stock up our pantries.
